What Does the NCOA Do for You
The North Carolina Orthopaedic Association (NCOA) is a statewide membership organization dedicated to serving the profession, representing patients' interests and advancing musculoskeletal health. Through advocacy, education and public relations, the NCOA is committed to representing the best interests of orthopaedic surgeons and their patients.
Advocacy and Education
The NCOA legislative team is your voice at the NC General Assembly and with regulatory bodies such as the NC Medical Board. We monitor issues that could directly impact your profession and advocate on behalf of you and your patients.
The NCOA PAC is the non-partisan political action committee of the North Carolina Orthopaedic Association and is reliant upon the voluntary contributions from members to support candidates for public office who understand the NCOA's position on issues affecting orthopaedic medicine and patient care in North Carolina.
The NCOA Annual Meeting is your opportunity to network with your colleagues and obtain valuable continuing medical education, AAOS Updates and enjoy Resident paper presentations.
