ENTThe North Carolina Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (NCSOHNS) is the state-wide professional association of otolaryngologists in North Carolina, representing specialists who treat the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck, sometimes referred to as "ENT physicians" or "ENTs."

The NCSOHNS represents more than 300 otolaryngologist - head and neck surgeons in North Carolina who diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The medical disorders treated by our physicians and this specialty include chronic ear infection, sinusitis, snoring and sleep apnea, hearing loss, allergies and hay fever, swallowing disorders, nosebleeds, hoarseness, dizziness, and head and neck cancer.

Through education, advocacy, communications and professional relations, the NCSOHNS promotes excellence in patient care and represents the interests of otolaryngologists
