To secure your hotel accommodations, please go online here or call (800) 438-5800; be sure to reference the NCSP ANNUAL MEETING. A deposit for the first night’s rate plus taxes is required; the group rate is $339 per night, plus $30 resort charge and taxes, single or double occupancy. The resort charge includes in-room high speed Internet access, access to the fitness center, and guided history tour of the resort. Surcharges apply for guaranteed upgrades to mountain-view rooms. Please be aware that there is a 7-day cancellation policy, and if you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, the resort will charge an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax. Current overnight parking charges are $15 for selfparking or $22 for valet parking. Our block of rooms will be released March 22; the resort is likely to sell out, so you are urged to make your reservation promptly.
