Voluntary contributions to EyePAC are not limited to the suggested amount and should be submitted on a personal check or made by personal credit card. Contributions from corporations are prohibited. Contributions to EyePAC are subject to the limitations of North Carolina Law. Contributions to EyePAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state income tax purposes. NC Law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, profession and field of employment for each individual whose contributions aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election cycle.
